As first time renters we had no idea about the process from application to approval. So we needed a lot of help. Mr. Jay Conn had the patience and time to reply my countless emails full of questions quickly, courteous and very professional. We felt fortunately that Jay was our man to go to. It has been almost a moth since my daughter moved in and I am still asking so many questions and Jay is still patiently answering the same professional way as of day one ! The move in day was an ordeal with the furniture deliveries and services activation in a short period of time but the staff was there to make the transition smoother. The unit was clean and ready.
