Manning Place is a quiet 4-storey building with 24 suites, offering bachelor, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom / 1-bathroom homes. These homes offer large private balconies/patios, some with views of downtown and Snye Point Park. All homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher in select suites. Stainless appliances are available in select homes. Flooring options include carpet and vinyl plank. Suites offer in-suite storage and shared laundry facilities are available on site. Renovated suites are available. Select homes offer new cabinetry, appliances, flooring and fixtures. Furnished suites are available – please inquire for more details. This neighbourhood is quiet, convenient, centrally located and easily accessible. Manning Place is family friendly, student friendly and seniors friendly. Manning Place is within walking distance of several restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. This Northview community is also within walking distance of the Snye Point Park which hosts many festivals and concerts throughout the year. A transit stop is located next to the property’s parking lot. Manning Place includes designated parking in electrified stalls in a paved parking lot. This building is pet-friendly and welcomes up to two dogs or cats per suite. A pet deposit/fee applies - please inquire with the leasing team. Smoking is not permitted. Resident insurance and 24-hour emergency maintenance included!
