I've had a few maintenance issues, one major A/C clog with lots of water, since moving in 14 months ago and each and every time, Mike, Shaun and Max handled it quickly, professionally and always with a smile! Shaun came out at 10 pm on a Sunday night to handle the mess. The maintenance crew here is amazing. That being said, the dumpster is frequently overflowing and it's so unfair to them to have to pick up everyone's garbage that gets left outside the container. Please have the dumpster emptied more frequently or get a new sanitation provider.
