Take control of your to-do list with timesaving features like; in-home washer and dryer connections and an onsite laundry care facility, while walk-in closets and additional storage make it easy to stay organized. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, an admin fee of $100 is required, with residents responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Waterbury Apartments is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. For applicants, we charge a $60 application fee per person 18 years or older. There is a $100 administrative fee due upon move in.
