I’ve lived at Modera Sedici for over a year now and it’s been a wonderful place to live, I’m very happy here. The maintenance team is quick and super helpful. Neil recently got everything fixed up for me when I had a couple of issues in my unit and he was very kind. I’m glad to have a designated parking spot in the garage. I also use the gym frequently. Overall, really happy with the community here!

We have been living here for over two years and it has been pretty easy living. Great staff, management and maintenance to communicate with. Really appreciate DonJaye and Neil for always being available to quickly fix things in the apartment. Highly recommend.

Modera Sedici is a beautiful apartment complex lined by embassies and has an incredible team especially Katrina and Ashley who are always so helpful and accommodating. They are extremely hardworking and kind. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Modern Sedici and if I was continuing to rent, I would without a doubt continue to live here. Best place to live in DC!

This is a beautiful place to live. The homes are modern, well maintained and in great condition. The staff are great. Ashley and Katrina do a great job in managing the place and are always available to help. Donjaye and Kevin are a great service team. Donjaye is friendly/helpful and Kevin is very professional. Not sure we can get a better team than this. Highly recommend the place. Thank you all for the hard work.

Our kitchen faucet broke after a year of living here and the maintenance team responded right away! Donjaye and Neil not only fixed our faucet but took the extra time to make sure there were no leaks, check the hot water, and the sprayer. An amazing team
