I lived at City Gables for over 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about Jodi and the team there! I had no issues living at the apartment ever and had to move only to being closer to my new job. Jodi and the team always went above and beyond to help address any questions! I never had any noise complaints or issues in my apartment. The apartments are great! Every apartment has a balcony, a club house you can rent for parties, and the outdoor pool was very nice during the summer! The price for the size of the apartments is such a great deal also! The area is a nice and quiet area to live while still being so close to downtown St.Paul and Minneapolis! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Lived here for 3 years in the 1609 building on the 2nd floor. The current management gets 5 stars. Very helpful, easy to work with and responds to emails quickly. Onsite maintenance is great too. A nice community of people, safe and quiet overall. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the walls are fairly thin. You can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around and sometimes talking. If you have considerate neighbors its not a problem. Only other issue I had was with people playing music at night. After contacting management about it they solved the problem and the music stopped. Overall really enjoyed living here.
