My boyfriend and I have been living here for 5 months and love it so far! Management is extremely responsive and more than happy to deal with any and all issues. The apartment was very clean when we first moved in and we haven't had any maintenance issues thus far. My only complaint is that my neighbor smokes, so I can smell it when I'm out on my balcony. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend living here to anyone!

Everyone in the leasing office is very nice and helpful. The maintenance people are the best and respond very quickly. The grounds are well kept. It’s a quiet community with nice neighbors and most everyone has a dog. The location can’t be beat (everything you could want is within an 3-mile radius) and the fact that there’s a walking path to Ogden Park is huge for me. I highly recommend Cape Harbor Apartments.
