I am a renter here and I have had nothing but the best experience with everything. It is a quiet, family orientated, peaceful place to live. Very clean and well maintained property. Jasmine the property manager has been very helpful and kind with any questions I have had. Every time I have a issue with maintenance they never hesitate or give me any problems about fixing it. They take care of it in a very timely and proper manor. I LOVE LIVING HERE! -Natalie P

I've lived in this complex for 2 years now. I've only had to ask the maintenace crew to do a couple minor repairs. I appreciate that they were done in a timely and friendly manner. Natalie does a great job keeping the property clean and the parking lot monitored. Her lovely gardens near the pool are a nice touch..I'm am still happy to call this small communty home. I just recently moved in and am happy to be here. Jasmin was very helpful and patient while I gathered my paperwork for the application process. There was a repair that needed to be done that couldn't be scheduled until after I moved in. It has been completed and in a timely manner. The neighbors seem friendly. The grounds are always clean and maintained. My apartment is a 1 bedroom and bigger than the other places I looked at. It was clean, freshly painted with new closet doors at move in. The location is great too. Just a few blocks from Dunedins cute downtown, the pinellas trail and amazing sunset views on the water. Which was another bonus for me since I prefer getting around on my bicycle. I am grateful I found this complex and am happy to call it home.
