I live at Elevate Bellingham and it is by far the best place to live if you’re attending western. The building is clean and modern, and the employees are so helpful. Griffin Garnett in particular has always been helpful, even in difficult situations. He is so nice to me and my parents when we have questions about our lease or anything. Awesome building would recommended.

I've lived here for almost two years and will be living here next year as well and honestly can't say enough about how great my experience has been. They've been through many staff and company changes, and their staff this year is incredible. They are always personally invested in sorting out any issues quickly and are always willing to go the extra mile. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile, and they absolutely love my dog which isn't always the case for apartments in the city. The apartments and amenities far surpass anything in the area. The security is great with outdoor cameras, well-lit areas throughout the building, parking garage, and areas outside as well as electronic key checks throughout the building. Pet friendly and welcoming.
