I have lived here at The Boulevard for nearly five years. I have been generally very happy here. This past 8-9 months I have run into a number of issues caused entirely by other residents (noise, trash, pet waste, etc.), but I'm very impressed with how the staff has stepped up to address the problems and do their best to correct them. It's a good location, close to a number of grocery stores, Target, restaurants, it's a straight shot to the interstate, and there are a few nice parks fairly close by. I will be signing a new lease in the coming days, and I'm looking forward to another year here. The Boulevard is well worth a serious look if you're searching for an apartment in Utah County.

I toured these apartments, Diesy showed me around, it was a great time touring. She didn't hover over me while I was looking around and was very informative, patient, and kind in the process. I highly recommend you ask for her (specifically) to show you around. The place looks like the pictures! - Thank you Diesy! :)
