This community is a student-housing complex with 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom units offering shared and private rooms. We are currently starting a remodel project (remodeling 2 apartments at a time) where were are completely redoing the units. Complete remodel includes totally new kitchen including 2 fridges, adding a washer/dryer in every unit, new floor, new paint, new lights, new bathroom, and new furniture. Contracts are full year contracts starting at the end of August.

I lived there for just a year, but it was one of the best experiences ever. The people were great, management was really easy to work with, and the apartments were clean. Sure, they aren't the fancy ones, but they were comfy and perfect for what I wanted. They were close to school, but far enough away that traffic wasn't crazy and pedestrians were all over the streets (like right on campus). Super close to a Gold's Gym, blood donation place, Well's Fargo and a few little fast food-places, as well as Center Street, where a lot of other fun stuff goes on. I think that if you aren't picky with how the apartment really looks, and are more for comfort and simplicity, then go for Centennial II!
