The Summerhill Woods Apartment's is an amazing place to dwell. It's safe, clean, friendly and a quiet complex. The manager, Teresa is quick to respond to any questions, concerns or maintenance requests. I was very nervous when moving in 3 years ago. Teresa made me feel very comfortable in my decision to move to Summerhill Woods Apartments. The staff is very approachable. A few staff members live here so when it comes to getting a maintenance request completed as soon as possible, they understand. My requests have always been completed in a timely manner. This complex is in a convenient location. Quick and easy access to St. Michael Hospital, many health facilities, Texas High School, beautiful parks, Walmart, a plethora of restaurants and gas stations.
