My wife and I have lived here going on our third year now. The apt themselves would be fine if they weren’t infested with cockroaches. Little mexican kids run around all day and night damaging property throwing things on the roof wasting the dog poop bags and playing soccer in ur front yard. None of the parents take any accountability they just release to the neighborhood and if they break something they could care less. None of them speak english so you cant even talk to them about whats going on. You complain to the office and they put out a notice and it calms down a few months then goes right back to it. Some of the apts keep gaining more “family members” both kids and adults and there is no place to park. Bikes and toys get left everywhere from you to trip over in the dark when ur going to work at 5 am. I find lots of spiders due to the roach infestation. A lot of recluse. My wifes car was parked on the side of the road and someone that didnt even live there backed out and hit her and drive away. Someone who saw said it was kne of the mexican workers that was working on an empty apt. We never seen that white truck again but they wouldnt tell us who it was. The lady at the office tries i think. She is really nice. She is probably the only reason for a star here.
