We love our new apartment! There are many things we love- but at the top of the list is the sunrise from the balcony and our beautiful kitchen! We also love the very friendly staff at CHR and all of the community events! It definitely feels like home.

From management to maintenance, the team at Waterview is constantly finding ways of improving the quality of life here. They address issues in a timely matter, hold events to help bring this community together and are always friendly and approachable.
Best three years living here! Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and the facilities are excellent. Director Lee is especially welcoming and always respond to our needs. We had a really positive time and wish to go back to visit đź’•
I have been living in the 1400 building since a while now and would highly recommend the complex. Leasing team/maintenance is super helpful and super friendly.
I had some privacy concerns in my apartments because the blinds were horizontal. I addressed my concern to the management and they made special arrangements to get the blinds replaced with a different style. A special shoutout to Erin Kremp and Lee Brown (leasing team) for being so supportive and helpful throughout.
You'd always find space in the laundry room. The building also has a room from where you can work from and it's really good.
The only downside is that the studio apartments in this building have a very weird floorpan. It has its pros and cons, but I feel the cons are more. There is very little ventilation as there is only one small window. If it is windy outside, you'll get lucky to get some air in your apartment. But that comes with the cost of heating your apartment during winters, the studio is huge and it takes a lot of electricity to heat the home. There is literally zero sunlight in the apartment. If you are in your room, you would not know if it's day or night outside. If I had to rate only the studio apartments layout, I would rate it a 2/5. But giving a rating of 2 on here wouldn't justify how good the community is. Probably if I had an apartment with more ventilation, it would have justified the cost of my pricy apartment.
One of my friend lives a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building and that apartment is really great with windows all across the house.

They deserve a 5 star. The staff is amazing. I have lived here for 5 months now n I m loving it. First about the apartment, I booked a renovated one, which is super cool with brand new appliances, amazing closets, open kitchen with a huge kitchen island. Moving in was easy. Thanks to the staff. If you put up a request, they are very quick in responding and taking care of it. They also have space which they give to the tenants for minimal amount for plantations. Isn’t that cool. M eagerly waiting for it to open up for the season. Icing on the top is the view. One side faces the reservoir n the other faces a small water body. It is beautiful.
Glad that I took the time to research various apartment groups before moving to MA. The experience I've had with Water View Terrace Apartments has been nothing but positive. Erin and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was absolutely shining when I moved into it, and there are good quality appliances. Everything works perfectly. They even left some gifts out just in case - including a little toolkit in the event I need to carry out basic DIY.
The WiFi is good, there is a lovely pool with a lifeguard, and a secure concierge service with an app - for mail receipt. The gym is small, but has everything for a decent workout if you know what you're doing. The heaviest dumbells I think are 50lbs, would be great if they could add a set of 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. I haven't used the cinema room, but it looks like a nice spot to watch a movie with friends or visitors.
I've just secured a covered parking spot and honestly, given the prices of rent in Boston and how Framingham is only a stone's throw away, I'd recommend anyone consider the Water View Terrace apartments.

I am giving WVT a rating of an 11. I have been an extremely happy resident for the past 35 plus years. The apartments have been beautifully upgraded We have a great management and maintenance team we always have community events and it's centrally located near highways school's shopping supermarkets. IT IS HOME!!!
I've been living at Water View Terrace for over four years now, and it has been a truly enjoyable experience. The maintenance team is both dependable and attentive, always ready to tackle any issues that come up. I think they work very hard to ensure our living experience is comfortable. Having stayed at several apartment complexes before, I can confidently say that the service here is unmatched.
The apartment's location is another great advantage, as it's situated right on Route 9. This makes my commute to work in Boston and my wife's to Worcester, shopping trips to Natick, or going out for a night on the town incredibly convenient. It's a real treat to have such a well-connected place to call home.
This apartment also have some extra amenities like the electric car charger and the charming small farm in the backyard. Especially the farm provides a lovely space for relaxation and a much-needed break from daily routines. I've even had the chance to harvest some fresh veggies from the garden.
