Great management, this is my first placed i’ve lived at overall and the experience has been great ever since my move in day. For being a young kid when first moved in i received a lot of help whenever any problem occurred and management was quick always! Communication is great also.

I lived here over a year ago and is still the best place I’ve lived! Lauren in the leasing office was fantastic, all maintenance was handled quickly and was just a great place to call home

I currently live at tamarack Creek apartments overall I'm very satisfied however I am dissatisfied with the policy if you own a pet you must take them out back and they are not allowed to pee or potty at all in the front yard because it offends neighbors in the spring or winter time and barking annoys the people in the front but is not a problem that if they pee or go to the potty by the windows in the backyard or if they Park in the backyard that seems to be okay for that I am very confused I think the VIPs live in the front and the not So VIPs live in the back. To me it appears that it is a little bit discriminatory of towards the residence in the back versus residence in the front. I had asked for service several times it has been pretty quick for the most part however one or two times I called and they never even came to check out the situation but as I said for the most part they do really well for maintenance. The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly I believe she has been with the company 20-plus years they keep good snow removal yard maintenance seems to be very good I moved in late in the season so I'm not quite sure about that. trash pickup seems to be Monday is very early in the morning that is a little disturbing to hear that garbage cans dropping and moving around at between anywhere between 5 and 7 a.m. and I'm not sure what other day they come but I think they come twice a week. my past experience they do keep up with the trash being emptied on a regular basis so it hardly ever overflows. one of the biggest issues I have with the property which is no fault of the property which I did not take much concern about with time of rent is living so close to the hospital with it being behind me there is almost always sirens that I can't imagine how loud and annoying they're going to be in the summertime when the windows are open. the other problem that I see is it is an all-electric apartment and I have not lived in all-electric apartment for a very long time and it is hard to adjust your heat because one moment is very cold next moment very hot. however this is not at fault of the property it is a personal fault is very hard if you're not used to living with all electric heat to get used to it. There are a few children who live in the property but you hardly see or hear them I don't know if that's because it's winter but at this point is very quiet property to live at very seldom are there any problems.
