Welcome to Capstone Quarters Spacious, luxurious, and filled with amenities – this isn’t your average student housing! Capstone Quarters provides 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments designed for sharing. We’re one mile from the University of Illinois campus and we’re located on the 22 Illini bus line. \ Students and alumni alike will appreciate our proximity to the university almost as much as they appreciate the huge apartments with patio/balcony, oversized kitchen, washer/dryer, ample closet space, and private bathrooms. Our community features a resort-style swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a 32-seat movie theater, and a 24-hour business center/computer lab. We have 12-month leases available.

Great place to live. There is also a bus that goes straight to campus. Safe place as long as you stay within the gates.

I just signed for my 5th year at Capstone Quarters and absolutely love it. I came from out of town as a PhD student at the University of Illinois and couldn't think of a better place to live. The location is great - you're a short drive or bus ride from campus and you'll also right next to I-74 so you can quickly travel across town. The area is quiet, safe, and has security staff patrolling 24/7. The apartments come fully furnished with really nice couches, loveseats, chairs/tables/desks, and so on, which is perfect for someone out of town like me. For a two-person apartment, I really like having my own bathroom and the two of us have our own washer/dryer. The kitchen and living room are both really spacious. The best part of living here has to be the extra amenities though. The main building has a gym I use multiple times a week, a big lounge with a TV and pool table, and a ~30 person theatre with a massive screen and surround sound. The lounge and theatre can be checked out for free and are great for church groups, parties, etc. The service is also phenomenal. If anything breaks in your apartment (air conditioning, garbage disposal, or whatever else), they will fix it for free and usually within a day or less. I highly recommend this place!
