I currently live here and all I’m gonna say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! I know it’s cheap but trust me it’s not worth the money you’ll be “saving”. I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and in those 3 years I’ve been dealing with a roach infestation, a flood (that happened a year into living here and still to this day the repairs have not been made, there’s mold in the walls from the flood), a crackhead neighbors daughter who left a pot on the stove WITH the fire on and damn near caused a fire, and now dealing with water coming out of the ceiling from an empty upstairs unit, brown nasty water is coming out of where the light is, water is also dripping from the ELECTRICAL BOX!!! I called and texted the manager, she didn’t answer or respond so I went to her door and of course she gave me attitude because she didn’t appreciate me coming to her door after hours, well there’s an emergency here and according to her it’s not an emergency & best she can do is shut off the water and have the maintenance man come tomorrow whole can barely speak or understand any English. Mickey Mouse “repairs” is all that happens here.
