I was very hesitant when I first found this place.. and because of the reviews.. but I have to admit, I live here now and I like my place. Every time I've had an issue it was fixed quickly and in a friendly manner. The price is cheap and affordable which was exactly what I needed. The amenities aren't incredible, but you're getting some of the best rent in town, so choose your poison, I'd rather pay $350 less a month. Overall.. price vs value I think it deserves 4-5 stars. The only thing I wish it had were washer and dryer hookups in the apartment.. but like I said.. the price is right, so I can't complain :)
