Sheridan square is an amazing atmosphere they have some of the best service. They will come at a moments notice if you need something fixed, many cool give aways and raffle winnings, have a pool and tennis court it’s pretty affordable and already have an WiFi option. The nice ladies from the office and the maintenance crew are all wonderful people. Thank you Sheridan Sqaure.

I love living at Sheridan! I walk my dog Eddie in the Doggy Park. I also love the free coffee Stephanie makes me. Nicole and May are nice and always very helpful.

I haven't been living at Sheridan Square long but I just wanted to come one here and give my feedback. I have had nothing but good experiences so far and I am looking forward to the rest of my lease here! Location: The location is great, I was initially worried about living on Sheridan because of the crime around the area. However the apartments are located in such a way they still feel closed off from the rest of the area. Parking lots are well lit and I don't worry too much when I come home at night. It's an optimal location for grocery shopping as Walmart is right down the road as well as Aldi's. There are also plenty of places to eat on Sheridan as well. In general I'd say most places one would want to go in town it's not far of a drive at all. Staff: I absolutely ADORE the staff here. I've mosty met with May and everytime we have spoken she has been nothing but kind and helpful. Going out of her way to make sure any questions we had were answered. I think what really stands out is that she has gone the extra mile when she didn't have to! Specifically, I had a rather large package in the office and I had walked to come grab it, when she realized I would have to walk back she offerred to take me to the apartment in one of the carts. This was so kind of her and she did not have to do that! Unfortunately I haven't caught the other staff members names but they have also been extremely kind. Anytime I have entered the office they greet me kindly and ask how I've been doing in the apartments. As well as keeping me up to date on things happening in the community! Maintenance: I haven't had a lot of experience with the maintenance here but the little I've had has been wonderful. When we first moved in one of our electrical outlets appeared to be damaged. We put in a work order and maintenance got here the very next day and fixed it for us. Embarrassingly enough, we didn't realize how to work the showers properly and thought they were broke and put in a work order. Maintenance was not upset at all, checked our showers to make sure they were working properly and showed us how to use them! They also double checked the screws just to make extra sure everything was good to go! Apartment Quality: The apartment is beautiful, I love the hardwood floors. The kitchen is a little small but we added a hutch and now we have plenty of room to put our things and work in the space. Very spacious closets is a huge plus. The new paint jobs also make the apartments look REALLY nice and I love that. Ammenities: The laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers so I haven't had to worry about not being able to find an empty one. However, they are quite small, which is not a problem. I have just adjusted to bringing smaller loads of laundry instead of letting it pile up. There is a pool and a pickleball court which I havent had the chance to take advantage of but even getting to see them on my way in and out of the apartments gets me excited! The balcony on our apartment is awesome! It's great to be able to sit or stand outside and hang out. Overall: We have had a great experience so far and we look forward to the rest of our time here. The staff however, is truly the star of these apartments. They are just wonderful!
