Meadow Station was liveable but not the very best living conditions. Laundry room in very poor condition, ask to view it when you view the apartment. They may make up an excuse not to show you . Water pressure is bad if your trying to take a shower and someone else turns the water on in the bathroom you will loose pressure greatly. You will have sewage smells in the bathroom. You can hear your neighbors walking above you and other noises if you live on the 1st floor, walls are thin. This is what happened to me I asked for an extended 2 week stay before my lease ended due to an major maintenance issue with my new apartment it had to be fixed and I could not move into it and had no were else to go and I am a senior, so I contacted Governors Place management who manages Meadow Station Apartments and was told it was ok and was charged a prorated amount for the 2 week stay but corporate charged me a whole months rent, took the portion of rent out of my security deposit and gave me back less, did it after I moved out and acted like they were so innocent for what they did for making pay a whole months rent for an extra 2 week stay and what could I do they had my money? Will never move there again.
