The maintenence team is awesome. Chris goes over and beyond his duties. He is stellar, most knowledgable and efficient. They make it nice to live here.

My name is Keyanna Williams. I been a resident for four years. I have a nice, spacious, roomy three bedroom apartment one in a half bathrooms on the third floor. The Pheasant Run is cat friendly, may be dogs. The area is a great area to me. My family and me we keep to ourselves and we are very respectful and nice to the people that stay in the same building as us and to the people that lives in the area as well. Thanks to maintenance, Chris, he does a great job at getting the job done right away and he keeps the area looking nice an clean. The workers that work in the office are very hard workers, patient, nice, and is very helpful, especially Gina and Laura!!! Shopping stores is less than ten minutes away and schools for the kids is less than ten minutes away as well. Colleges fifteen minutes away and high schools. I highly recommend the PheasantRun apartments!!!!
