DO NOT MOVE IN TO CROSS KEYS. The last few months here have been hell. DO NOT let them trick you with the dog park and the laundry room, we’ve been here for months they rarely even cut the grass where the “dog park” is supposed to go. Management has no information on the progress of the laundry room. The last time i asked about it, he “didn’t even know there was a problem with it”. The problem is that we don’t have one. Upon move-in day, our apartment was filthy. Moldy toilets, dust all over the floors, no appliances. They cut a giant gaping hole in our ceiling to fix the air conditioner, and left all the debris there for us to clean up. Not to mention the AC and the hole in the ceiling didn’t get fixed for over a month. We have had management just delete our maintenance requests on multiple occasions, without contacting us to tell us why. Maintenance is always shutting the water off, most of the time without any warning. This happens at least once a week, i would say. This past weekend, we had to go without hot water. So from Friday-Monday we didn’t have any hot water. This place has roaches and ants, and no matter how hard we try, we can’t get rid of them. Management told us it was our responsibility to get rid of them, even though we have been seeing them since moving in. After having an exterminator look at the apartment, he told us whoever “rehabbed” the place did a terrible job and left tons of cracks and holes for the bugs to hide in. We even fogged the apartment and stopped cooking in here altogether. Still seeing bugs.

Don't trust their rehabbing, the maintenance that they are doing is awful. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere. Also, update - there are roaches here that you CANNOT get rid of, no matter what. The pest control they send does a terrible job, and if you fog the place they come back worse. They'll say that no other residents are reporting them, but Ive talked to multiple neighbors who say they ALSO have roaches and HAVE reported them and management said the same thing to them. Angelo Rentals does not have anything together properly and are the WORST at managing a property. They are only concerned with their bottom line and do not care about their residents. Do not expect them to follow through on anything. We were told over 6 months ago that there would be a new laundry area and a dog park as part of the rehabbing, and neither one has come into fruition. For the love of god, do not move into Cross Keys or ANY residence managed by Angelo Properties
