Pets are welcome at College Hills West Apartments upon approval. PetScreening is required for all applicants and pets prior to approval. A one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required before a pet is allowed in the apartment. A monthly pet rent of $25 per pet also applies. For large breed dogs, a $600 one-time fee and $50 monthly pet rent will apply. We have no breed restrictions; however, renter's insurance may be required for certain canine breeds.

Ashley and Brittany in the office are great! The Maintenance guys are always professional and willing to help. The cleaning lady leaves the property looking great. We love the basketball court and ready for the pool to open for summer!

I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I never want to move! This isn’t just any old apartment complex. The office ladies and maintenance really go above and beyond and make you feel like family. There’s multiple community events going on, issues are fixed same day, and they really look out for you as if you’re family!
