Good location, neighbor, plenty of walking space and parking lot, with a lovely fenced dog playground :-) Office manager and team always try best for sincere service with passion for optimize facility and caring for feeling of tenants. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get me into an apartment as quickly as they could. The apartment needed some minor repairs when I moved in and they were completed within 24 hours. The rest of the apartment is in great shape. The cost of a 1 bedroom + deposit + location + condition of apartment = great value. Could not ask for a better place to live.
