Had a pleasant experience when moving in from far away. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any concerns. Maintenance is quick to fix issues. Great location and family friendly. Currently under construction getting new grass in the common area. New side walks and new paved parking. While annoying in the process I’m hopeful it will make living here even more enjoyable. It is nice and quiet. The property is kept clean and the manager stays on top of things.

The Landlord here is very friendly and is working hard to make sure this place is up to standard. She’s helpful and will help with any questions you have, and the maintenance is easy to get ahold of and put in requests for. He doesn’t take long to come by for whatever you need. It’s a quiet place to live and there’s a beautiful walking trail nearby.
