New management took over and went right to making it a better place. Repainted railings/stairways/decks/columns. Actively making sure people aren’t smoking inside, keeps hallways clean, answers all emails and concerns quickly. Great new management (especially Shelly Cooley) and a lovely place to live.

Just having moved here from Vegas, I was most impressed with the complex. Indoor swimming pool, hot tub and small gym. They even have an indoor locker hub to receive Amazon and other large packages to. For a little extra you can have your own parking spot in a secure, heated garage located on the basement level. Office staff are not only amazingly beautiful ladies, they're incredibly helpful for any questions. Office is always open and they're always there. The surrounding area is clean. Everyone seems to pick up after their dogs for the most part. Neighbors are all nice people and seems like a very safe neighborhood. It's within walking distance of a small grocery store, 2 fast food places, 2 restaurants and a bar with decent food and a live atmosphere on the weekends. It's also located about 2 miles from a large mall and shopping area I have nothing bad to say and would highly recommend anyone to live here.
