I just moved into these apartments and I am so happy! The property manager is so nice and made the application process easy and fast. The property is super cute! Don't let your preconception of this area keep you from checking these out. We are tucked away on a quiet street and it feels cozy. I have met more of my neighbors in 2 weeks than I met in a year at my former residence. Everyone is friendly and it really feels like home. The apartments are really spacious and have great floorplans. All new black fixtures make it feel modern and clean.The porches here overlook the well-kept courtyard that is shaded most of the day. Can't say enough about this place! Love the people and the property!

I'm so glad I found Contessa Bungalows. :) All bills included is a huge plus with living expenses these days! All appliances are brand new and the hardwood floors are beautiful. Laundry facility located onsite and a beautiful courtyard with a fountain! Any maintenance issues or questions have been answered swiftly and solved diligently. I have to say the best part of this place is our awesome apartment manager Ramona♥️ she has gone above and beyond for me and my little one. I haven't felt at home in every place I've lived but I can definitely say I feel like I have a home here! :)
