Parking: Off-street unassigned parking lot permits available. Assigned private 2-car garage available for $150/month. Laundry: Shared laundry room by credit card Residents pay electricity, directly to provider. Residents pay gas, water and solid waste per Utility Addendum App/Lease Notes: Application fee is $60 per person. Security deposit is 1 month's rent, but could be as high as 2 months' rent if the applicant has low credit or limited rental history. I have been a resident of Evergreen Park for many years. The property began to majorly decline and I thought about leaving. The owners decided to hire new management so I chose to stay. It was a very good decision for me I later found. Management does not dink around about the property and I'm pleased how she came in & took charge. If ones have negative to say, they were posdibly evicted.
