I have lived in Summit square apartment for two years and it is one of my favorite apartment , Very quite, moderately clean, reasonable price, nice neighborhoods like for walking, biking and other exercise across the street Watson soccer field. The Leasing manager Michele Williams was always great with her welcoming personality for everyone , she listen what i ask for and communicate immediately , very proactive and knowledgeable .The maintenance crew was also very responsive and cooperative. In general during my stay at Summit square until own my House It was great. Thank you Kristin, Michele and maintenance crew .I recommended for someone looking for reasonable price, clean, quite apartment; very helpful and knowledgeable community leasing manager.

Summit Square is a great place to live. Michele, and the rest of the team are professional, super helpful, answer questions in detail, and make everything very easy for the residents. The maintenance team is super responsive, keep the interior and exterior of the complex clean and well maintained. It is also so convenient to have on site laundry facilities. We truly appreciate how Michele and the rest of the team care about the people having a positive experience living at Summit Square Apartments.
