Shannon was absolutely wonderful showing me around. I checked out other Llyod Properties and they were great but the location for me works great. I look forward to my move to Sioux Falls and am sure that anything I need Shannon would be there for me. She was the reason I chose the Donegal Apartments.

I moved here from the Twin Cities on 11/5 without seeing the apartments in person. My apartment and the entire complex and grounds are beautiful and well maintained with lots of amenities around the complex. Shannon, the Property Manager, was amazing to work with. I moved on a Saturday and the office was closed so I couldn't pick up my keys from the office. She coordinated a way for me to access the building and my keys were waiting for me in my spotless, beautiful apartment. Shannon was also great to work with on the application and signing of the lease process and it was seamless and so easy, even from out of state! She's very friendly and Lloyd Companies and Donegal Pointe are lucky to have her! The maintenance guy, Jordan is awesome too! Helped me out with a flat tire and that certainly isn't his job! He also fixed a faulty washing machine lid on the same day the service order was put in, and he fixed it fast. Five stars without question!!
