I've lived at RiverTower for almost a year now. This is a great and affordable place to live. If you have any maintenance issues they are usually resolved within a couple of hours and Glenna in the office is just fantastic always welcoming and knows all of her tenets by name! I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

I lived here for 20 months. If you're looking for something affordable and in downtown, this place offers great value. Rents are beyond reasonable, and they include heating and water. Glenna the manager is detailed and always follows through, and the maintenance staff is uber responsive and reliable. The only downside is the building is a bit outdated, though some units apparently are going through subtle upgrades, like wood panel flooring. All in all, you get your money's worth. So if "fancy" is not at the top of your list, you check out this place.
