I’ve been a resident here almost 3 years. I love my building. Looked at quite a few in the area and this is by far a great value for the price. The best part is our management team, MaryLou and Daniele. They are the best. Always available. Always on top of it. They know everyone here and take care of everyone. Everything is well maintained. Living here is so pleasant. For 40+ units, the neighbors are quiet and considerate. I feel very lucky to be part of this little enclave. Can’t beat the location!

I lived at Riviera Vista Apartments for a little over 2 years and had an amazing experience! The community is clean and quiet, the neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the staff is fantastic. From the maintenance to the front office, everything is taken care of promptly and you are treated with courtesy. The location is SUPERB. It's literally one block from the beach, a half mile from the quaint Riviera Village, and about a half mile from the pier. Walks, bike rides, sunsets, waves, unique eateries, events, and so much more is to be found here. The area is extremely safe. While living here I was a remote worker in my early 30's so I was fortunate to have the opportunity to spend 2 wonderful years of my life in this paradise. Although I must move on to further my career, I can see myself returning to Redondo Beach in my later years. If that happens, Riviera Vista Apartments will be the first number I call!
