I have lived at zinc for about 1 month now and I love the property!!! My apartment is spacious and well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful with all the lush landscaping. The gym is very large and well maintained for an apartment community. When I moved in all of the staff came and introduced themselves to me!!! The manager Andrea and her team make the place really feel like home!!!

I know that’s right Avery. Richard, yes Kate is a duplicate and they all have great personalities. Well I been here a few years now! I LOVE OUR NEW STAFF! Great place to live! I want to single the staff out that I know! Kate, Esmeralda, Mary, and Thomas, I really hope that they do not go anywhere! I HAVE THE BEST LEASING OFFICE EVER! Kate & Esmeralda They are your problem solver. They get everything under control. Mary & Thomas are the best because they will try their best to handle things unless it’s out of their hands and then point you in the right direction. Great spacious apartments, kids, pets, and family friendly. Oh yes don’t forget the swimming pool and grill, also area for studying. It’s a lot to say so for me I Love You Guys! I wish that you never leave us and keep up the BRILLIANT WORK in the complex! #yournumberonefanandresident#
