I can't rate the apartments because I live next door but the area is real quiet no fast traffic going anywhere through 10th, Angel, 11th and Oak. Love the area. Seems real safe, very quiet, no through traffic...plenty of free street parking. And there is even some neighborhood permit parking NY the month. And some at yhe Cemetary by yhe hour and day on Angel..

I love living here! The apartment itself is beautiful. I thought the Hebrew Cemetery across the street used to creep me out but it is well maintained and beautiful. The parking is shaded by trees. Maintenance is very good. They are quick to fix things. It’s a beautiful and quiet place. Sometimes over the weekend the partiers can get loud but if you ask them to be quiet they are usually pretty good about it.
