I have lived at this apartment for about 10 years now-I have never lived anywhere where there is such personal attention to a tenant. Cindy is approachable, understanding, and any issues are attended to as soon as possible, which is usually pretty quick. I love my renovated studio, it is just what I need, wood floors, brand new appliances, and more. I feel lucky to have found this place.

I moved to YG Flats (formally Yorkshire Grove) in 2015. I was 1st in a unit that was what they called a phase 1 remodel. New counter tops, new hardwood floors, new stove & refrigerator, new carpet in bedroom. When the newest remodels started to take place, I moved into a different building, 1 bedroom. Completely redone kitchens (cabinets, stainless steel appliances,). A open kitchen/living room gives a much more spacious look. Air conditioning with an air share system and internet and fitness center was added. Bathrooms also updated. I love the street (Yorkshire Avenue) it’s only a block long... only traffic is the residents and delivery trucks. Close to grocery and pharmacies. A great neighborhood!! Within walking distance to Hidden Falls.
