The management staff here is nonexistent. Trying to get ahold of them takes forver. The only "management" staff that you see is only maintenance. So they are fast, as they should be. Took forever to open the pool (enough tenants complained is my guess). There are two entrances. The "main" off Plumas and what I call the "back" off of Salem. Where I park closer to my apartment.

We schedule an appointment for showing. I called on Monday and our appointment was for today. When we got there the lady at the front desk told us that she rented the townhouse we went to go see. She was very unprofessional and kind of rude. She didn't even call to tell us that she had rented it out. She rented it out yesterday. I have never gone to a place so unprofessional, like this one. We don't live close by. We had to move our schedule to come down and see this place, and this lady did not care. I do not recommend this place to no one. This was the worse experience ever. I will never return to this place. Parking sucked anyways. We are very disappointed in this place. Thanks for wasting our time!!
