Where to start. I moved in with my boyfriend last summer. Filled out and turned in the application with a check for the $45 app fee. Fast forward six months later, had a background check come back bad/negative because they couldn't find a current residence for me. Maple terrace NEVER ADDED ME TO THE LEASE! so where did my check go? Theres never anyone in the office. No one ever shows up for "inspections" oh and be prepared to have packages stolen from your doorstep. You'll need to sleep with earplugs or take some heavy sleeping pills because everyone blasts their music late at night and into the early hours of the morning. No insulation. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing. There's no patio, dishwasher, no washer/dryer in unit, no garbage disposal. Don't even think about expecting any kind of water pressure at all. The website says ample parking- you get ONE PARKING SPOT per apartment so of you have two cars the other person has to park IN THE GHETTO. and you'll often find someone else parked in your assigned spot. Not a secure place, and not a place for kids. Definitely a place for college students or single living. If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst apartment I have ever encountered. Please, save your money and avoid this disaster of a place. It's not a place to call home.
