My maintenance problem was finally fixed today. My air conditioner was vandalized on July 28th and wasn’t fixed until today. The plumbing company that came yesterday to repair was great l, he finished the job today. I’ve been without a working ac for over a month and had to rely on a portable that ran continuously. I’m sure my Nevada Energy bill will reflect this! At 82 yrs old, it hasn’t been fun!!

The staff is great, the apartment could be bigger and it doesn't have place for storage if you are coming from a bigger place. Also you can find spiders everywhere, my daughter was terrified of them now she's more annoyed than scared. The resident part of the website is easy to navigate but the bank account is just too troublesome. I have to put the info then wait for the deposit someday, at the end I just decided to pay the CC fee instead of going thru all that again.
