After just moving out of Dorchester, here is my review. My roommate and I shared a "large" furnished studio. The apartment is small, but can be worked to favor your way of life as a student. They kitchen is barely able to fit 2 people, but the bathroom is well sized. There is a TON of storage space which is incredibly helpful. PMI did an excellent job of providing as much assistance with furniture as they could, so that was also very much appreciated. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because it's a really small apartment unit, but PMI provided great service.

I currently live in a large fully furnished studio at Dorchester and I am enjoying my stay. It is a quieter apartment complex with on site laundry and electricity/water included in rent. With it being an older building with older features, things can break but the maintenance is very quick to service your request. The water pressure/temperature is the best I’ve had so far in my experience at Penn State. All of the staff at the office are also very accommodating and friendly! I would recommend Dorchester to others as it is affordable and in walking distance to campus.
