I have changed apartment every year during my 4 years at Penn State. So far this place is the best apartment with reasonable price. The maintenance is very responsive usually no more than 10 mins to stop by and fix things. This year, the room was renovated with a hardwood floor. The building itself is quite because there's lot of grad students, family and professionals live here. Also, it's a walking distance to campus and downtown. I wish i found this place sooner.
