I have lived in Malvern Lakes for just over 7 years--it is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, neighbors are friendly, and the staff is great. The grounds are well tended to as is the pool and other recreational aspects of the community. The complex is off the beaten path, so it is very peaceful--but you still have conveniences just around the corner. I plan on staying here for several more years--I have found "Home".

I Love it here. There may be problems with equipment , broken sprinklers, trash on property and DOG poop Everywhere but---- the thing is-- that it is the tenants who are messing these things up!!!! Take pride in our complex,throw your trash in the cans provided,Clean Up Your Dogs Poop ,don't throw enormous boxes into the dumpster,wait for the gates to open,etc. The grounds are always kept up by landscaping crew and it always looks so nice and for the amount of apartments here our very few maintenance guys are worked to death and they try their best which is very nice and everyone I've ever talked to that work here have great personalities. I would recommend and have recommended this place to everyone i know that is looking for a place to live.
