This review regards my recent experience with Kesleigh, a property mgmt professional in Moon Twp (Pittsburgh) PA who conducted a multi-apartment tour for/with me. She was exemplary in every way, both personally and professionally. During these times of (my) anxiety associated with seeking and securing a new rental residence after not having done so for many years, Kesleigh's customer CARE (rather than just mere 'service' alone) made a reassuring lasting positive difference in my life just as with other lives touched along the way, patiently relating to folks with compassion, engaging communication and a balanced blend of "sweet & serious" alike. I recommend doing business with Lobos Mgmt if only to meet and appreciate her!

I moved in May of 2022. At the time Kaitlyn Guess was the manager, and she made the move astonishingly smooth and efficient. Since then the only issue i have had was a broken air conditioner unit, which was replaced in less than 2 days. The current manager Nicole is also frighteningly efficient and polite and has handled my need to replace lost keys, or rent a reserved spot in minutes. Finally, the cleaner, Lorenzo, is a class act and leaves the common areas spotless and smelling good. Also, literally no one has bothered me about anything. Im guessing, because of the relatively cheap rents, a lot of negative reviews of this company are coming from people struggling and going through a hard time, and of course you hate your landlord. I can only speak for Lobos Moon Township, but i think i have gotten service well beyond what Im paying for to be completely frank.
