I have been there just over a month now. I had some issues with the old management getting into my apartment. New management took over the day I moved in they have been awesome!! They got me into my downstairs apartment that I asked for and it was very clean. New paint and new faucets in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Office staff and manager very positive with great attitudes and customer service, they are kind, considerate and helpful. Needed to borrow a dolly they got with maintenance and made sure I was taking care of. They didn’t have to do that but they did and it made my life a little bit easier that day. Maintenance has been great also had an issue with my mailbox key, he gave me a new key and changed lock that day. I would definitely recommend moving in to others. Affordable Rent Apartment grounds are kept very clean! Right next door to Braums across the street from Walmart, Starbucks, many fast food restaurants all right there less than a half a mile away.
