We have been here about 4 years! Everyone minds their business and really don't bother each other. Maintenance is always on time when something needs to be fixed. Diana is always so sweet. I personally haven't had a bad encounter with her. The only thing I did not like is that the apartment complex is not gated. So we would always have random vehicles in there. Other than that, I really do recommend these apartments!

lived there 4 yrs. went from being good place to live to worst place in Alvin. New owners last year. Owners are not from the U.S. AC WONT BE FIXED. They cheat contractors, Hot water boiler broke often.Took lots of cold showers. Flys and trash everywhere. FORGET GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. People come thru parking lot every month wanting their deposit back. My car was broken into twice. Hidden fees in lease. Loud drunks party all night. NO ON SITE MGMT. Recently started renting to many out of state people with short term 6 month leases. Lots of shady characters and lots of late night activity. Only good reviews are from a year ago. Laundrgmat is coin operated, dirty and never works. Residents would often get their cloths locked in the washer and not be able to get them out !! If you pay a lot and get an apt w/ washer and dryer they wont work and wont be fixed ! DONT MOVE THERE AND DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES !! Feel sorry for people still there. I left my apt spotless, gave notice and never got deposit back. They want to charge extra 200 a month for extra car. Everything im saying is true, Im not just mad about deposit. They also charge different amounts for the exact same type apts according to what they think you will pay. Owners are just not crooks, so is the mgmt company. Check out " 360 realty property managment company " online if you dont believe me. Also known as 360 property mgmt. co. of houston. Texas law requires apts. to post the name and address of BOTH the mgmt co AND the owners on site. Of course they dont do it so its hard to sue them. DONT MOVE THERE AND TELL EVERYONE ELSE NOT TO MOVE THERE !! Also any contractors that work for them will regret it. They no longer own the land next to the apts yet they tell everyone thats the "dog park" when its not even thier land. Thats why there is a for sale sign there. Of course they charge extra for pets and tell you they have a dog park. LOL. There is a flashing sign that says "office" but the door is always locked so a resident cant complain. DONT MOVE THERE.
