I would like to say I really appreciate the hard working Maintenance and their respect to many tenants here. The office is always helpful and very nice I would definitely recommend people here. The pool and club house is an extra bonus that I really like.

I moved in last week to Alexis at Perry Pointe, and I could not be happier. Asia, Kristina and the leasing team were really great in helping me thru the leasing process and getting me settled in for my stay here. They certainly went above and beyond, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Davenport, Iowa. First class all the way!
