the two maintenance guys that work in this community are amazing - you tell them you are having an issue and they come right away, very friendly, very respectful and super professional. Those two need a raise asap! working outside in the heavy sun maintaining this place isn’t easy.! Keep it up you two.

I have been living here for almost 3 years, I just wanted to share how great has been my experience, also I wanted to mention our 2 maintenance guys who work above and beyond to keep out apartments utilities up to date, they always make sure my neighbors and I Isaura are taking care of accordingly. They work is appreciated, they need a raise, people who work that way deserves an increase in their salary. The property manager is also amazing, thank you to the bridge water at lake Osborn family for this great experience.

The staff is friendly, attentive to maintenance needs, and genuinely cares about the cleanliness and overall safety of the community. I have been living in this newly painted apartment complex for 8 months, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The fresh, vibrant paint job makes the entire place look inviting and well-kept. What truly sets this community apart is the amazing maintenance team – they are prompt, efficient, and always friendly. Any issues are resolved quickly and with a smile.
The manager is another highlight. Unlike many places where the manager stays behind a desk, she is actively involved in the community. Her dedication to the wellbeing of the residents is evident in every interaction. She takes the time to listen, address concerns, and ensure that everyone feels at home.
Overall, this is an outstanding place to live, thanks to the exceptional team and management. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for going on 2 years now, & this town home community is not just an “apartment complex”, it is a HOME! The staff really cares about their tenants & always goes above & beyond in every aspect! Maintenance requests get answered within 24hours, the office staff is wonderful, the property is kept up beautifully & they are always trying to do upgrades to the community to make sure everything is up to date & functioning properly. Lake Osborne is beautiful & it is wonderful to be able to take an evening stroll around the lake and feel the breeze, then come home to my pretty townhome with vaulted ceilings & plenty of space! We plan to live here until we are able to purchase our own home.

I planned to live here for one year following the sale of my place on Palm Beach Island. I have just renewed for my fourth year. This place is about as good as it gets as rentals go. The apartments are spacious and elegant, especially the townhome, which I have. As with mine, many are on lake osborne with great views. If you are looking for cheap rent and a clubhouse with a social director, skip this one. However, if you are looking for a quiet, incredibly spacious apartment that your guests will envy, this is it. The rent isn't cheap but its worth every penny. I have heard from others that parking can be tight, but each unit has an attached garage and driveway, so everyone can have two cars without a problem, and there are areas for visitor parking as well. Management is professional and concerned and the maintenance is prompt. I guess if you want to find fault with something you'll find it, but to me, if you are renting rather than owning, you will enjoy it here.
