If you're looking for apartments, this is the place. Management is helpful with pretty much everything. Maintenance is timely and not intrusive. The apartments are spacious for the price and some have working fire places,, you won't find that in the other apartments complexes with wall units.. if you're leaving bad reviews, you're probably just a Karen that can't leave an actual review and just dumps food reviews everywhere when you hate the chicken. I mean, I'd live there again.

I lived at Chapel Ridge for two years following my divorce. The apartments were very nice and maintenance was amazing!! The managers were quick to help when I asked but mostly left me alone. If you are kind to them they will return the kindness. I moved to have more space but if I ever needed to, I would not hesitate to move back. I am a professional and they are one of the only apartments in town that lease full-price apartments. Chapel Ridge gave me a safe place to live while I learned to live in my own. I loved my apartment there and even miss it sometimes. The only complaint I had was that the residents were not always discerning about the guest they allowed to visit. The office cannot control visitors we are responsible for ensuring our guests are safe to be around our neighbors.
