Each apartment has two bedrooms & one bathroom with kitchen appliances and lots of storage space. We are an affordable alternative to dorm living with all the comforts of home. Holden Court Apartments is located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus and WhitemanAFB. 2 designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply (fee is $30 per adult & each adult living there needs to apply), be approved (600+ credit score), sign a 1 year lease & pay the 1 month's deposit and first month's rent before moving in. No dogs. **Renter's insurance is required**

Appliances include fridge, stove/oven, microwave and garbage disposal. Vinyl plank flooring throughout the main living area and the bedrooms are carpeted. We are an affordable alternative to dorm living with all the comforts of home. Holden Court Apartments is located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus. Two designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Walk out your door and you are on campus. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply, $50 fee per adult, and each adult living there needs to apply, be approved (600+ credit score) and sign a 1-year lease. The first month's rent and a 1 month's deposit are due before moving in. Sorry, no pets allowed. No Smoking.
