Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. Tenants are required to apply (fee is $30 per adult & each adult living there needs to apply), be approved (600+ credit score), sign a 1 year lease & pay the 1 month's deposit and first month's rent before moving in. No dogs. **Renter's insurance is required**
