If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful apartment, Modera Apartments would be a great fit. It's a community filled with friendly neighbors and pet-lovers. While it's not a large complex, it is a well-equipped apartment with all necessary amenities. They have ample O&M team members, so most issues in the apartment are resolved promptly. I forgot to mention one of the most important benefits. The apartment is perfectly located for access to the Cochituate Rail Trail. If the weather is good, you can reach the trail in less than a minute.
