I submitted an after-hours request to tour. I was contacted the next morning, by Caleb, and tour was scheduled same day. What impressed me is Caleb worked with my schedule to tour and on the same day a resident appreciation party was taking place at that. He was knowledgeable and therefore able to answer my questions and he took notice of my anxious nerves which helped reassured me I toured the right place. I submitted my application right after my tour.
